This year Greg Cornell of Silver Sage
Catering will be serving the food Buffet Style on three different serving
stations. We will once again be serving a whole slow-smoked pig as one of our appetizers
this year. The pig picking table will be served promptly at 6:00 along with the
cowboy pizzas. Silver Sage will put out the main courses at 6:30 in addition to
the carving stations.
