GUIDED TWO PERSON, 1 DAY DUCK OR GOOSE HUNT: This is a two (2) person waterfowl hunt with Long Barrel Apparel during the upcoming 2011/2012 waterfowl season. South Wind has over 4,000 acres of privately owned and managed property in Colusa, Richvale/Nelson area on both sides of the Sacramento River. You will hunt in either flooded rice fields, natural habitat, dry to semi-dry grain fields. You will hunt in a pit blind, stilt blind or lay out blind, depending on the location of the hunt. Excludes the first two (2) weeks of the season. BATTLE THE BEAST OF THE BAY WITH A BEAST FEAST:  This is for all the Big Game Hunters and it’s not for the faint of heart.  You and a friend will sail out of the Berkeley marina to go shark fishing on the bay.  Enjoy a cruise around Alcatraz and under the Golden Gate Bridge.  While fishing enjoy snacks like duck poppers, wild boar sausages, elk burgers and more.  This trip is valid for Monday-Friday on a date to be determined and mutually agreed upon.  Trips like this don’t come around often and you might get a chance to reel in a 300 – 500 lb shark.  Donated by California Dawn, Curtis Grant and Darren Solaro www.californiadawn.com

 

HOSTED DUCK & GOOSE HUNT FOR TWO (2): How would you like to go on a guided duck hunt with the 2010 World Team Speck Calling Champion? Well here is your chance to join Sacramento’s own Dan Jernigan II, who is currently rank #4 in the world at this year’s finals in Texas. Dan has several locations to choose from during this year’s upcoming season and will find the birds during the migration to put you on the most birds possible. Not only will you get some ducks, but you will also have the chance to shoot those elusive Specks! Dan knows how to get their attention and get them to finish. HOSTED DUCK HUNT FOR TWO (2): Dinner Co-Chair and past CWA Chairman of the board has donated a hosted duck hunt for two people with him at The Golden Eye Duck Club! You and a guest will join Stuart during the upcoming 2011/2012 duck season at the Golden Eye Duck Club. You will hunt in flooded rice bordering the Dingville Duck Club and the Sutter Bypass, in the heart of the flyway. Hunt excludes opening and closing weeks of the season. Donated by Stuart Hanson.

 

HOSTED DUCK HUNT FOR TWO (2): You and a guest will join Dinner Chairman Larry Leidelmeyer on a hosted hunt during the upcoming 2011/2012 Waterfowl season. We will either hunt flooded rice, dry rice or Wheat fields. Larry will have a few locations to choose from and put you on the birds during the peak of the migration. We will hunt over an assortment of decoys ranging from silhouettes, floating decoys or full body decoys. Breakfast and or lunch will be provided during the hunt. Hunt will take place between December and the first two weeks of January only. Donated by Larry Leidelmeyer 

 

HOSTED CANADA GOOSE HUNT FOR FOUR PEOPLE: This hunt has been a favorite Wild Game Feed auction item for 12 years with most hunts resulting in full limits for the entire group. The hunt will take place over G&H or Bigfoot decoys with caller(s) on a private ranch in either El Dorado or Sacramento County--wherever the highest concentration of honkers is found the week before you hunt! 1/2 day hunt for 4 people during the 2009-2010 season only. QUAIL POINT HUNTING PACKAGE: The winning bidder will be able to enjoy the hunt with 2 of your best friends and maybe a couple of your upright best friends too! If you fail to book your trip / hunt in a timely manner, it will be the sole discretion of the outfitter to honor hunt or trip that was purchased.  Unless otherwise stated hunts or trips are for a single individual.  In most cases, the outfitter is happy to accommodate additional guests at a price to be discussed with the trip provider. The California Waterfowl Association assumes no liability or responsibility for any participation in any hunting trip or other trips or adventures.  All parties concerned are served notice by this document that CWA shall be held harmless should any legal action occur as a result of any hunting, fishing, or adventure trip through defect, damage, negligence, or other faults.
